The Center for Research and Studies for Organizational Development (http://criedo.uab.cat) was created at the end of 2020. In a recent analysis of the status of CRiEDO, it has been found that, after more than a year in operation, it is there is little knowledge and the impact that the center is having both within the institution itself (the Autonomous University of Barcelona), and in its most immediate context. How could CRiEDO improve its projection and impact in the institutional framework and in its immediate environment?
